One simple way to create a laugh is to use funny song titles targeted at your audience. Just take the "buzz words" of your audience's world and stick them together with a song-title, making sure to always put the "buzz word" last. For example, for an educational conference you could have the song, "Me and You and Your EDU" (instead of "Me and You and a Dog Named Boo".
