If you are speaking to an organization that uses a lot of acronyms, study their problems, and then create fun acronyms based on their issues. For example, if you are speaking to the NSA (National Speaker's Association) and the people you talk to are concerned about how they will be able to make a living at speaking alone without a steady job, you can say, "I am happy to be at the NSA, better known as the No Salary Association..."
