Another way to use fill in the blank forms is to use them as a way to encourage people to write down their ideas. Put down the benefits of your speech in a few words, then put several blank lines underneath, so people can write down whatever occurs to them. For example, in a speech about "putting others first", you have "Be kind to others" on the top line, and a series of blank lines below that, allowing people to write in their thoughts.
